1. We ship worldwide and send all orders by express air. (5 to 20 days)
  2. All orders unless otherwise agreed are shipped via post and will be delivered by your local post office.
  3. We endeavour to ship all orders within 48hrs.
  4. All orders require a signature to confirm receipt, so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
  5. To keep shipping costs down we do not use tracking number in the UK and most European countries.
  6. International customers are liable for all taxes and duties that are required by their home nation for purchasing goods from overseas. This includes payments for customs clearance, import duties and sales tax.

International customers are liable for all charges that may be incurred by their local postal provider for processing and delivering goods from overseas. More often than not there is no charge but please contact your national postal service to find out what charges may apply for imported goods.

Shipping Times

We operate two warehouses, one in the UK and one in Hong Kong. We aim to send all UK and European orders from the UK and orders for anywhere else in the world from Hong Kong. This is to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. All orders shipped from Hong Kong will have a tracking number. 

UK - 2 to 3 days
Europe - 3 to 6 days
USA / Canada - 7 to 15 days
Rest of the World - 7 to 20 days

The above are average shipping times and it can sometimes take up to 25 days for delivery. 

If stocks are limited in one warehouse then your order may be fulfilled from one of our other warehouses and shipping times may alter to those above.

Shipping Queries
To keep shipping costs as low as possible we are dependant on your local postal service, therefore please wait 14 days after confirmation of mailing before contacting us about any lost orders. Your PayPal account will show confirmation that your order has been shipped.

We will investigate any mislaid parcels and ship a new order to you as soon as possible after 14 days.


Extended Christmas Refund Policy
From the 1st November each year we extend our refund policy to the 31st January to cover the Christmas period. All we ask is that we receive your returned order by the 31st January for a full refund.
