Returns

We want you yo be entirely satisfied and delighted with your purchase. Therefore you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to either return them or notify us of a return. 

  1. Please email us at hello@weareampere.com to obtain a returns number. 
  2. The returns number is simply to ensure that we fully understand any problems that you have and so that we can either rectify them there and then or make changes to our products and processes to ensure they do not happen in the future. 

  3. If for any reason you pass the 30 day return window (e.g. you were on holiday) please get in contact anyway as we always want to help and ensure you are delighted with our products. 

  4. Unless faulty all products to be returned must be in full original condition and include all packaging.

  5. International customers will be liable for all return shipping costs back to the UK.

Extended Christmas Refund Policy

From the 1st November each year we extend our refund policy to the 31st January to cover the Christmas period. All we ask is that we receive your returned order by the 31st January for a full refund. Please just follow the steps above and remember that all returns must be in original condition. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch. By the way Merry Christmas!!
