We're sorry to hear you have a warranty issue! We’ll be happy to help you with any issues you may have experienced with our products.
All of our products come with a one-year warranty per purchase. Within 1 year of purchase, Ampere is happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. We just ask you to pay a $7 warranty fee and the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.
